This figurine is modelled by Vladislav Shcherbina born in 1926. It's one of the most popular Soviet figurines.

This pair of Ukrainian youngsters in love was made in Polonne factory. It is marked on the base with older Polonne mark, which was in use in 1954-1973 period. The figurine ws most probably made in 1960s. It is 26 cm high.
