Soviet porcelain salt cellar and pepperbox in shape of a hen.

The lid is meant to be a pepperbox and the lower part is meant to be a salt cellar. This salt and pepper vessel is 9 cm high. Production of this item started in 1973.

This porcelain hen is marked with the stylized swan stamp, which was used by a Polonne factory in years 1973-1996.
