Porcelain decorating studio founded in Dresden in 1872 as Donath & Co. The studio decorated porcelain in a style that was a mixture of Meissen and Viennese flower painting.

In 1916, Donath & Co merged with another Dresden porcelain decorating studio run by Richard Klemm. Karl Richard Klemm died in 1916. Two years later, the merged company was bought by Hutschenreuther.
