Kremgesovsk (Svetlovodsk) Ceramic Factory was formed on the base of a coperative operating in Novogeorgievsk (Middle Dnieper region). The territory was flooded in 1961 by the Kremenchug reservoir. The enterprise was relocated to the city of Kremges, which later was renamed Svetlovodsk. This small factory produced highly appreciated household ceramics. Production was continued through 1970s till 2000s.
