The Lubiana factory based near Kiscierzyna in Polish Pomerania region started production on September 1, 1969. Four years later (1973) the factory became a part of industrial conglomerate United Workshops of Table Pottery "CERPOL" based in Walbrzych. In 1981 the factory was separated from the structure of the conglomerate and again acted as individual entity. As part of the Mass Privatization Program shares of the company were contributed by the Treasury to one of established funds.

In 2002 majority share was sold to "WISTIL" SA, a silk industry company. The Lubiana factory soon bought majority shares in two best known Polish porcelain factories, Cmielow and Chodziez.
